15 – I was awarded an Artist Access (ART) Grant by Miami-Dade County! My accepted grant proposal provides funding for my participation in a quilting workshop in Alberta, Alabama with a living descendant of the Gee’s Bend quilting tradition. During this trip I will also make stops in Atlanta, GA, Birmingham, AL, Selma, AL, and Montgomery, AL.
