Ariel Lynch is a Floridian educator and artist based in Miami Beach. Her artistic practice is grounded in photography and she works across mediums including printmaking, fiber arts, ceramics, and book arts. Her work centers themes of ephemerality, interiority, and relationships with the natural world.
Ariel received a BA from Boston College where she studied art history and applied psychology. She has a MA in American studies from Brown University where her research explored Black expressive cultures and their relationship with American popular culture. Ariel is the Education Programs Manager at the Institute of Contemporary Art, Miami.
